Simple Avenue to Better Health
I’ve been educating patients, friends, and family on water and its importance for years and in that time, I’ve come to realize that most people want to do better and be healthier. With this book, I hope to encourage people of all ages to explore a different, simple and inexpensive path to better health. In it, I offer aids to achieving the right hydration for your body and lifestyle. There is easy-to-understand information about the importance of water and the dangers of dehydration, plus tips, tricks and tools that can help remind us to drink water throughout the day and keep track of our intake.
